2. Products

Slowshore develops and sells digital planning tools:

• Excel workbooks (individual): individual spreadsheets delivered as Excel and Google Sheets files. Sold as one-time payment ($9 per workbook).
• Excel Bundle: one-time purchase of all 8 U.S. Excel workbooks ($59). Delivered together after payment is confirmed.
• Online version: browser-based access to the planning tools with Excel export. Still in beta and not available for public sale yet.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required. Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account on slowshore.com.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment is approved. Excel files are sent via link to the email address you provided at checkout. Online tool access is activated automatically on your account.

If a product has not been delivered within 15 minutes, contact support@slowshore.com.

5. Refund and satisfaction guarantee

Slowshore offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. See our Refund Policy for the details and procedure.

6. Updates

Buyers of Excel tools receive corrections and relevant amendments to the purchased annual edition (e.g. the 2026 edition) at no additional cost. Corrections cover formula fixes, rate mistakes, source citations, and similar material.

When we release a new annual edition (e.g. the 2027 edition) with updated tax and retirement rules, previous buyers get 50% off the new edition. You keep your purchased edition forever. Online tools are updated automatically.

7. License and use

One license covers your household. Excel files may be used by you, your spouse or partner, and dependents living in the same home. Reselling, distributing, or publishing the files is not permitted.

Slowshore is a planning tool and does not constitute licensed financial, tax, or legal advice. All calculations are based on assumptions you enter and documented public sources.

Slowshore assumes no liability for financial decisions made based on the tools. For decisions with significant financial impact, we recommend consulting a licensed advisor.

9. Changes to these terms

Slowshore may amend these terms with 30 days notice. Changes are communicated by email to active subscribers.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, except where mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
